Fukushima Prefecture’s sake from the renowned sake region is highly acclaimed. It has won the gold award at the Annual Japan Sake Awards for seven consecutive years.
However, "Yamada Nishiki," cultivated in Hyogo Prefecture, accounted for most of the sake rice used as the main ingredient to brew sake, such as Daiginjo sake.

Fukushima Prefecture spent 15 years on this aspiration to develop “Fukunoka,” rice for sake brewing.
To bring out the best part of the flavors that can only exist in Fukushima and contain the Fukushima people's passion in each drop.
