FUKUSHIMA ELEVEN showcases 11 agricultural, forestry and fisheries products which represent Fukushima and its standing as a top producer in Japan. These products include: Rice, cucumber, asparagus, tomatoes, peaches, Japanese pears, gentian, Fukushima beef, Fukushima chicken (Kawamata Shamo, Aizu Jidori), nameko mushrooms and flounder.

Food planner. product developer at Soup Stock Tokyo.
She is an avid traveler who has traveled to more than 15 countries. She has won high acclaim for her fusion cuisine inspired by her wealth of experience.
She is from Minamisoma City, Fukushima Prefecture.
