[About the chef]
Nakata Tomoyuki
After graduating from the Japan Cooking Art Academy School, he trained at several famous restaurants around Tokyo. He eventually became the chef at "branco fuku che cciano," a restaurant opened to revitalize Fukushima. He is currently striving to realize local production for local consumption. He lives in Koriyama City.
